Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
When you order multiple products from us you may receive the products in separate packages. We ship many of our products from different warehouses located throughout the United States.
How long will shipping take when a product is OUT-STOCK?
WE UPDATE OUR PRODUCTS EVERY FRIDAY. IF FOR ANY REASON THE PRODUCT YOU BUY IS OUT-STOCK BY THAT TIME, YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
1) CANCEL THE PRODUCT WITH NO EXTRA FEES.
2) WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE IN STOCK AGAIN.
It usually takes 3-4 weeks before the product is in stock again. However, we cannot guarantee the product will be re-stocked and can only estimate when that will happen.
How long does it take to ship orders?
Items are processed immediately and shipped within 3-4 business days. After leaving the warehouse you will receive a tracking number to follow your order. With exception of orders to Alaska & Hawaii, all orders are shipped ground. During the months of November and December processing times may be up to 4-5 business (M-F) days. Delivery time may also change during the holiday season for UPS or FEDEX Ground service. Check with those carriers for their delivery schedules.
What about expedited (faster) shipping?
Currently we only ship via UPS ground or FedEx ground from our warehouses. With the exceptions of Alaska & Hawaii which will be shipped air and charged and additional $20.00 for shipping. Note: We CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE IF THE ITEM WILL BE shipped to P.O. Boxes at this time. EMAIL ME FOR MORE INFORMATION
